Shipping policy

Shipping Info

Our shipping carriers are USPS, USP, and FedEx. Once your order is shipped, you will be provided with a confirmation email with the tracking information. 

Processing Time

Currently, our team processes and ships orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Please allow 1-3 days for us to process your order from when they are received. Exceptions will be communicated through email and/or at the top of our website. 

Shipping Address

If you need to edit/change your shipping address, please contact us immediately through our Contact page so we can edit the address for you. If it has already been dropped off at one of our carriers, we cannot change the address. 

If we find that your shipping address does not exist, we will reach out to you for an updated address. If we do not hear back after 48 hours, the order will automatically be cancelled.
